The oath-taking ceremony for newly appointed president of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Rajouri-Poonch, (Retired district and Session Judge), Ali Khan was held in the office chamber of DC Rajouri.The oath was administered by Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal.
Apart from oath-taking, the President was also sensitised about the importance of effective implementation of the Act, in the light of the changing ecosystem of consumer markets, by Assistant Director Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Arif Lone.
Deputy Commissioner, while congratulating the President said that the District Administration and Commission will work as a team to redress their grievances.He also assured that the District Administration will extend all possible support to the commission in the dispensation of their duties.
