TDI Group, one of the leading real estate developers in North India, held an exclusive channel partners meeting to express gratitude for their valuable support in TDI’s effort to envision and deliver grand-scale commercial projects at prime corridors of Mohali Airport Road.
One of the aims was to unveil the model of South Ex-1, TDI’s SCO format commercial project which spreads across 8.37 acres, located at the International Airport Road. It was held on 4th June in Wyndham, Chandigarh, Mohali.
Phase 1 of the project is totally sold out, while Phase 2 is also witnessing immense booking enquiries and deals. In an addition to it, around 600-700 dealers also attended the meeting and showed their interest in space occupancy in the South Ex-1 project.
As many as supporters, investors, partners and industry experts participated in the event. Possibilities of future tie-ups and partnerships are also rife post the channel partners’ meeting.
Bollywood playback singer B. Praak, celebrated actress Nushrat Bharucha, and popular actor, Gavie Chahal were special guests who added an extra sparkle to the industrial gathering. B. Praak enchanted the audience with his latest chartbuster songs.
