As COO, Khadge will lead Mindbowser's commercial organization, bringing sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships and strategic growth initiatives under a single mandate. Her focus will be on driving tighter collaboration across teams, deepening customer relationships, and ensuring technology solutions address real operational and clinical challenges rather than purely technical requirements.

She also helped strengthen strategic partnerships, elevate brand visibility and deepen customer engagement across key healthcare segments.
With more than two decades of experience spanning product and services marketing, commercial strategy and business growth, Khadge brings deep expertise across enterprise software and highly regulated industries, including healthcare and BFSI.
Her experience in commercializing technology solutions and building go-to-market engines adds a strong customer-centric perspective to Mindbowser's leadership team.
