Owners of GBP Pvt Ltd, Pradeep Kumar Gupta, Satish Kumar and Raman Gupta are three accused who are identified as owners who have been absconding since september 2021.Duping over 100 investors in various housing projects on touching areas of Chandigarh, two FIR’s were registered against Gupta Brothers & Promoters (GBP).Inspectional processes are under the (EOW) Economic wing of Chandigarh Police .Four FIRs are already registered against the GBP Pvt Limited in Chandigarh for failing to compensate the buyers.

Over 80 members, led by Jaidev Singh and Ramesh Kumar have registered two fresh FIRs which belong to the cheating reported in different projects, Aeropolice city Mohali & Centrum Zirakpur. Owners were staying in dubai after they fled post duping the people mainly belongs to Punjab, Himachal and haryana the all surrounding states.Total cheated amount is touching over 70 Crores as revealed by sources.On interim protection from local court in previous cases registered they managed to miss the investigational processes.
