Gurnam Singh Chaduni, a senior leader of the Kisan Andolan, on Tuesday, campaigned in favour of Ravneet Brar, a candidate of the SSM from Mohali.  He lashed out at his opponents and said that just as the farmers sitting on the borders of Delhi had bent the rich corporate world of Delhi in the same way I am confident that in Mohali also Ravneet Brar would repay the and Will reach Vidhan Sabha.During the election campaign, Chaduni said that today Punjab needs to give a chance to the educated and forward-thinking youth to take the state on the path of progress.  It was the zeal and passion of these young men that compelled the arrogant like Modi to bow down to the farmers.

Referring to Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Mohali Kulwant Singh and incumbent MLA Balbir Singh Sidhu being billionaires, Chaduni said that it is not these rich people who got the contract to rule Punjab always. The people of Punjab have become very wise. The farmer's movement has exposed the reality of traditional political parties.  Now the people will choose their MLA based on their experience in the farmer's movement.Gurnam Singh Chaduni appealed to the people of the constituency to give a chance to the candidates of Sanyukt Samaj Morcha and said that the traditional parties have slaughtered the farmers and filled their houses.  However, the SSM, which emerged from the Kisan Andolan, is moving ahead with the agenda of doing good to Punjab and Punjabiyat by fielding candidates from common homes in Punjab.
