The election campaign of BJP candidate Sanjeev Vashisht from Mohali got overwhelming support when BJP workers  meet residents under Maha Sampark Abhiyan in Mohali constituency. The Sanjeev Vashisht  along with BJP  supporters started this mass contact campaign at all the 271 booths and made the people aware of the public welfare policies of the BJP for Punjab. While speaking at the moment BJP candidate from Mohali, Sanjeev Vashisht said that  Congress Party's candidate Balbir Singh Sidhu, who is MLA from Mohali for the last 15 years, the praising  of development ,but  he should come to the colonies and see the worse condition .

While campaigning for his election at Ekta Colony, Balongi on Sunday he said that the condition of the colonies adjoining the city, Ekta Colony, Badmajra, Adarsh Colony, Udham Singh Colony, Jhujhar Nagar, Jhampur is worse  Heaps of garbage  can be seen everywhere due which diseases are spreading. People are being forced to live in hell.  According to him  Modi government is providing better facilities at the Center  and in  the BJP ruled states,  same facilities will  also be extended to the people of Punjab. For this, the people have to resolve and give a chance to the BJP government in Punjab once.Vashisht alleged that there is no proper sewage system in Ambedkar Colony adjoining Balongi, sewerage water   enters in the houses. While including about drinking water, he said that people of this area have to walk 1.5 to 2 kilometers to get water. He was thankful for the residents for showing enthusiasm towards BJP, expected to form BJP government in Punjab with huge margin.
