Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Punjab affairs co-in-charge Raghav Chadh, while talking to media persons in village Maisarkhana during the election campaign , said that Chief Minister Channi, with his fake announcements, has deceived 36000 temporary employees of Punjab. He lied to the temporary employees that their jobs have been confirmed while that file is still pending with the governor.On the confirmation of the temporary employees of Delhi's Jal Board by the Kejriwal government, he said that Arvind Kejriwal does what he says. On the contrary, Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi has only made fake announcements. With his fake statements, “Alanjit Channi” has deceived 36000 temporary employees.
Chadha alleged that Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi had not left even a single pillar in the entire Punjab, which does not bear the picture of Chief Minister Channi with folded hands in connection with the permanent appointment of 36,000 employees. Channi has spent crores of rupees on advertisements about making the employees permanent, but till date not a single employee has become permanent. He asked Chief Minister Channi where is the file to make the temporary employees permanent?. When not a single employee becomes permanent, why did the government spend crores of rupees on advertisements?
Raghav Chadha said that the Congress government used its police to beat TET and ETT unemployed teachers and tried to silence the temporary employees by intimidating them through the police and also threatened to register FIR against them.Kejriwal recently has fulfilled his promise to ensure the employees of the Delhi Jal Board. All the temporary employees in Delhi have become confirmed. Chadha said that there is not even a full power government of the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi; still Kejriwal has shown his work. Raghav Chadha said that the Aam Aadmi Party government will be formed in Punjab under the leadership of Bhagwant Mann, and every temporary employee will be confirmed.
