The rising popularity of BJP in Mohali constituency has caused outcry among the opposition.  BJP in  the Center and states has provided with the best justice system, economic strength, health, education, employment and social security. Opposition has  proper agenda  against the BJP. This was stated by Sanjeev Vashisht during the door to door election campaign in Mohali village,where  Sanjeev Vashisht's addressed  a large number of gathered people .Vashisht said that now the candidates of the opposition parties are intimidating the people to vote them . He futher added  that the 11 point agenda issued by BJP is in the interest of Punjab and people had made up their mind to vote for BJP only .Sanjeev Vashisht said that  people already know that under the Centre's Amrit Yojana, development works have been carried out in villages and towns with the cost of crores of rupees. .

He said that BJP government is in the center and if BJP government was formed in Punjab, then there would be record-breaking development. He said that in the last five years the name of the former Health Minister has come up in Mohali for hooliganism, false FIR against many people, and land usurping. Kulwant Singh, the candidate of the Aam Aadmi Party, has also been accused of land usurping. At the same time, false FIR's has been registered against many people. Vashisht assured to cancel all the false FIRs as soon as the BJP government comes in power and will send the accused behind bars. Vashisht said that the main objective of the BJP was to provide employment to the youth of Mohali in a peaceful environment and to provide security to the women besides promoting development in the constituency.
