Big jolt to Congress, PPCC Secretary joins SAD in presence of Sukhbir Singh Badal

Congress party suffered a big jolt in Punjab when its Secretary, MC from Zirakpur and former Sarpanch Jaspal Singh along with his supporters joined Akali Dal in presence of party President Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal.Addressing a press conference on the occasion, SAD President said that SAD had received a shot in his arm with induction of Jaspal Singh whom he announced to make as Vice President of the party and also said that he will be assigned election duties for the party. He said that only SAD is a party and voice of people who fights for rights of people and decisions in other parties are taken from Delhi. He said that what BJP was doing in Punjab today was done by it in West Bengal but voters of the state had chosen their region party TMC over this National party. He said that Punjabis will repeat this feat in state and throw BJP out of state.
Mr. Badal said that Punjab was under attack from three parties who had taken anti Punjab decisions during previous days. He said that like AAP Convener and Delhi CM Arvind Kerjiwal sought closure of thermal plants of state in Supreme Court and also demanded SYL canal demanding share from river waters of Punjab. He said that BJP enacted three agri farm laws which had to repealed after successful movement against them by farmers of the country. He said that Congress too looted Punjab. He said that all these parties made false promises to people with sole agenda of looting Punjab and it was only SAD which serves people.On a media query about plebiscite being done by AAP on CM face, Mr. Badal said that reality was that Mr. Kejriwal himself wants to become CM of Punjab and it was resorting to all drama to befool people. He said that it wants to project a dummy face and hidden agenda was Kejriwal is that he is eying post Punjab CM.
He said that song of AAP also vindicates same which has words Kejriwal, Kejriwal and Kejriwal. He said that Raghav Chadha address PCs in Punjab ignoring state leaders. He asked Mr. Kejriwal if he thinks that Punjab are fool and have no vision for their own state ?To another question, Mr. Badal said that main contest of Akali Dal was with Congress and AAP on different seats and BJP is nowhere in match. About farmers contesting elections, He said that everyone has right to contest elections and now farmer’s organization which is contesting elections has become a political party.  He said that like previous elections AAP was selling tickets in this election too. He said that MPs and MLAs elected by people of AAP left party against dictatorship of Mr. Kejriwal.On the occasion local MLA and Former Chief Parliamentary Secretary Mr. NK Sharma was also present.
