On the first day of ‘Good Governace week’ Special Service delivery and Grievance Redressal programmes were held across the district.The week-long programme is being organized under the ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahatosav’ campaign of the government.On the occasion, Domicile Certificates, Income Certificates, Category Certificates and revenue extracts were issued by authorities. Besides, numerous grievances made on JKIGRAMS and other portals were also disposed off.Officers and officials of various departments were seen sensitizing people about various departmental and employment generation schemes. Meanwhile the Deputy Commissioner, Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din-Bhat also listened to issues and grievances of people at Rest house Chawalgam and redressed several issues on the spot.
