Focused to bring about a positive change in the lives of people Cabinet Minister Gurkirat Singh today inaugurated various developmental projects in his constituency.He commenced the day by inaugurating the newly constructed Panchayat Bhawan in village Ratankheri followed by high tech sports park, an open gym, renovation of the village periphery, upgradation of a middle school to a high school and a park. All these projects were carried out in the guidance of district congress president Khanna Rupinder Singh Raja Gill and Sarpanch of Rattankheri village Dr Gurmukh Singh Chahal.
While inaugurating all these projects Cabinet Minister Gurkirat Singh stated that he had ceaselessly worked for the welfare of the people and his constituency. “Development of the rural areas is the only way to pave a way for the overall progress of the villages and rural populace. I’m determined to do everything in my capacity that benefits the people,” the cabinet Minister went on to add.A large number of people and dignitaries attended today’s inaugural functions. Chairman Block Samiti Khanna Satnam Singh Soni and Kulwant Singh manga panch of village Rattankheri were also present at the occasion.
