The Children’s Day was today celebrated with enthusiasm and zeal at Govt. Middle School Rangrez mohallah Kulgam.Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kulgam, Showkat Ahmad was chief guest and Chief Education Officer was invited as guest of honour during the function. Children from different corners of Kulgam, teachers and Resource persons of Zone Kulgam also participated in the event.
Speaking on the occasion, the ADC greeted all students and discussed in detail about the essence of childrens Day.CEO Kulgam, thanked all the dignitaries with a message that the basic aim of Childrens' day is Care, Awareness about Child rights, education for all children.Later, different types of gifts like, school bags, toys, copies, pens and sweets were distributed among the children.
