Local Government Minister Sh. Brahm Mohindra while visiting Mahatma Gandhi Lawyers' Complex at District Courts Patiala, said that advocates are playing proactive role to maintain brotherhood in the society besides helping the poor people to get justice against injustice done to them.He was here to dedicate renovated and upgraded Complex to the lawyer’s fraternity for which he had provided a grant of Rs 10 lakh earlier this year. Reiterating his commitment towards the all-round development, he said that he would remain thankful to the advocates for supporting him wholeheartedly. He made an appeal to the fraternity to help the poor strata of the society more actively so that they couldn't feel disgruntled while fighting for their rights through litigation.He interacted with all the members and also shared with them his experiences and his long association with the Bar Members as his father late M R Mohindra also worked as a renowned Tax Lawyer in the city and now his both sons are practicing as lawyers and also appreciated the work done by the executive. 

Many senior advocates also spoke highly of the Sh. Brahm Mohindra's long and distinguished service to the Citizens of Punjab and of Patiala in Particular and wished him success and good health in future as well.President Mr JPS Ghumman while expressing gratitude to Sh. Brahm Mohindra, said that a few days back before coming to the bar, he has given another grant of Rs 10 Lakh for further development works. He also thanked the Minister for promptly accepting the District Bar Association's another demand of more funds to renovate and refurbish the lawyers' bar room with modern amenities.Meanwhile, Senior Advocates Kundan Singh Nagra, Ashok Mathur, G.S.  Rai, Patiala District Bar Association Secretary Avneet Singh Billing, Vice President Deepak Madan, Joint Secretary Vikram Singh Brar, Treasurer Umesh Goyal and Library Incharge Harpreet Singh and other advocates were also present.
