Debojyoti Ray Chawdhury (presently a PhD Physics Student at IIT Madras) has set 2 world records awarded by International Book of Records and Exclusive World Records respectively as well as one national record awarded by India Book of Records. He has also won ‘Best Research Review Paper Writing Award’ at the prestigious ‘National Research Paper Writing Competition- 2021’. Debojyoti Ray Chawdhury from West Bengal, is appreciated for receiving 9 prestigious internships from IITs, IIITs. He received nine internship offers from October 5, 2020 to November 17, 2020, as confirmed on December 3, 2020 by India Book of Records (IBR). He was awarded a Certificate, Medal, IBR badges, IBR pen as an award pack.The World Record of "MAXIMUM NUMBER OF E-CERTIFICATES ACHIEVED BY DOING MAXIMUM TYPES OF ACTIVITIES IN SHORT TIME" is achieved by Debojyoti Ray Chawdhury on 20th March 2021 from India. He achieved 670 e- certificates by doing 12 different types of activities in 290 days and made a new world record for International Book of Records.

Debojyoti is the achiever of 1500 Certificates (online) within a year, By this achievement he became a world record holder again and awarded “Exclusive Shine Awards” by Exclusive World Records.Debojyotihas won ‘Best Research Review Paper Writing Award’ at the prestigious ‘National Research Paper Writing Competition- 2021’. The competition was held under the aegis of Government of Uttar Pradesh and National Service Scheme (NSS). A broad panel of 38 eminent scholars of the ranks and awardees of Padma Shri, Directors, Vice- Chancellors, Scientists, Surgeons, Judges, Emeritus Professors and Secretaries with Governments adjudged the winners. Debojyoti’s innovative research review paper will now be published in internationally recognized ‘Mindshare Yuva Book Series’ of Young Scholars. His winning paper is titled as- “Impact of non-lanthanide ions on the structural and luminescence properties of upconverting phosphors”. Around 600 research papers were submitted from across India for three rounds of the ‘Young Scholars’ competition. Judges recognised the exemplary research work of the competitors for “Originality; Content; and, Quality”, which are attributed as inherent qualities of an illustrious scientific paper.
