The District Information Centre (DIC) Pulwama in collaboration with Global Cultural Forum today organised a Mushaira event on eve of annual Youmi Wahab Khar at Shar Shali Pampore.On the occasion, various renowned poets presented their poems on life of Wahab Khar.Renowned poet Mohammad Ashraf Baba presided over the Mushaira.During the Mushaira, various poets including Mohammad Shaban Showkeen, Shakeel Azad, Mushtaq Kulgami, Nisar Hussain Nisar, Ashraf Mukhlis, Abdul Rehman Fida, Syed Shabnam, Anayat Gul, Saima Ashraf and budding poets recited their poems.The poets and locals appreciated the Information Department for organizing such an event and asked the department to organize more such programmes in future also.
