To discuss the work wise plans formulated under District Capex Budget 2021-2022, Deputy Commissioner, Doda Vikas Sharma today held series of meeting of District officers of line departments here at Conference hall of DC Office Complex.Chief Planning Officer, Superintendent Engineer, PWD, Superintendent Engineer, Hydraulics, Joint Director Education, Assistant Commissioner Development, Chief Medical Officer besides other District officers, and XEns were also present in the meeting.During the series of the day-long meetings, the Deputy Commissioner discussed the various projects to be undertaken by the PWD, PHE, Irrigation, Health, Education, RDD department. He called for formulating inclusive plans to benefit the maximum population. He discussed the financial implication for the up-gradation of  varied infrastructure in the district during the current financial year, besides reviewed the status of ongoing schemes and expenditure incurred and status of tendering and unutilised funds.He laid special stress on the road connectivity, water connectivity of left out habitations, construction and up-gradation of buildings of education and health department. He directed the concerned officers to project routine works without any encumbrances on the budget and can be completed in the stipulated time.He stressed on all officers to start the works only after getting Technical Sanction, Administrative Approval and meeting other Codal formalities.Meanwhile, he instructed officers to utilize available funds under the Capex Budget and other capital heads as per the fixed timelines to avoid their lapse.He directed the Irrigation and PHE department to take up the works keeping in view the potential of the scheme for providing maximum benefits to the  larger populace at grassroots level.
