Punjab Cooperation Minister S. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa on Tuesday launched Markfed’s new website. On this Occasion Registrar Cooperative Societies Mr.Vikas Garg, MD Markfed Mr. Varun Roojam and Sr. Manager (ERP) Markfed S. Jaswinder Singh also accompanied the Minister.S. Randhawa while speaking on the occasion appreciated the efforts of Markfed for introducing the new website and for marketing the quality products under ‘SOHNA’ brand. He said that due to the global reach of Markfed's products, an attractive website was a need of the hour, especially during the Covid-19 epidemic.The Cooperation Minister further said that during the Covid time, cooperative institutions played a leading role in providing essential commodities to the people of the state. He said that recently the quality of honey of Sohna brand has also been recognized by the Center for Science Environment (CSE) as out of 13 tests conducted by this center only three brands of honey have passed the test. with Markfed's honey being one of them.Divulging the details, Mr. Varun Roojam elaborated that the New Markfed website will provide better user experience and help in enhancing the visibility of Markfed Products. He stated that the Customers will feel more connected and with timeline feature as Markfed share its journey right from its inception. He further added that the customers will be able to place orders for Sohna quality products through Markfed’s delivery partners now all over India.
