Also Directs Officials To Expedite Recoveries, Holds Inspection Of Dc Ludhiana, Adc Khanna & Adc Jagraon Offices

Chander Gaind, IAS, Divisional Commissioner, Patiala Division, have directed the officials to expedite the cases decided by District Magistrate under 47A of Stamp Act, besides expediting the recoveries. For the inspection of records of offices of Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana, ADC Khanna, ADC Jagraon, SDM Khanna and SDM Payal, Mr Chander Gaind visited the DC office Ludhiana yesterday.Deputy Commissioner Mr Varinder Kumar Sharma, ADC General Mr Amarjit Bains, ADC Khanna Mr Sakatar Singh Bal, ADC Jagraon Mrs Neeru Katyal Gupta, besides several other senior officials were also present on the occasion.During the inspection of the record, Mr Chander Gaind showed satisfaction over the working and record of these offices. A total of 109 cases of 47A of Stamp Act are pending with the office of ADC (General) Ludhiana and 83 with the office of ADC Jagraon. Mr Gaind directed the officials to expedite these cases and also directed the Circle Revenue officers to make quick recoveries.He also directed the staff to ensure that all records are completed and the registers are properly maintained.
