The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat today convened a District Level Technical Committee (DLTC) meeting to revise the Scale of Finance (SoF) for providing loans to farmers on short term basis for various crops.During the meeting a detailed discussion was held to fix the revised Scale of Finance for different varieties of crops.The meeting was attended by convener Intikhab Hussain Deen General Manager ACCBank , JD Planning, Chief Agriculture Officer, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Chief Horticulture Officer, AD-Fisheries, District Horticulture Officer, District Development Officer, NABARD and Lead Development Manager besides other Officers.Later, District Annual Credit Plan of Rs.1500 crore for 2021-2022 financial year presented by Lead District Manager, Ghulam Rasool Mir was approved after threadbare discussion.
