Rs. 2.25 lakh contributed towards Chief Minister Relief Fund

Chief Minister, Shri Virbhadra Singh being presented a cheque of Rs. 2.25 lac towards CM Relief Fund by Professors of Ayurvedic College Paprola at Shimla today.

A delegation of faculties of Rajiv Gandhi Government Ayurveda College, Paprola led by President Professor Sanjeev Sharma called on Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh here today.The delegation thanked the Chief Minister for increasing the retirement age of professors to 62 years from 58 years. They also presented a cheque of Rs. 2.25 lakh to the Chief Minister towards Chief Minister's Relief Fund on the occasion. Chief Minister thanked the delegation for this noble gesture and said that this would go a long way in supplementing the government efforts to help the poor and needy persons. Dr. Dinesh Sharma, OSD, Ayurveda Department and Prof. Y.K. Sharma were also present on the occasion.
