The living conditions of the residents of Nayagoan will improve remarkably with a slew of development projects envisaged for the region, informed Member Parliament Manish Tewari while laying the foundation stone of Community Centre Nayagaon, to be built at a cost of Rs. 1.41 crore.Divulging details he informed that the issue of Garbage disposal in the area is being looked into and hopefully the problem of Garbage disposal will be solved soon with the allotting of area for dumping ground. In the meanwhile, JCB machine and Sewerage cleaner machine to update the sewerage system and for leveling of the area and garbage disposal are being bought.He said that the electricity meters installations in the region outside red line area, which is much awaited requirement of the residents to provide the basic amenities is to be restarted. The 24x7 Ambulance  services for the residents have been made available in Naya Goan Gurudwara Sahib and can be availed by anyone in need. To introduce PCR Vans for updating Police services in the area is also on anvil, said he.

Decreasing the amount of mapping fees is also being explored, informed Manish Tewari.Listing the development projects for Nayagaon Member Parliament informed that a total of 5  new tubewells have been sanctioned under Urban environment improvement project. Out of which 2 have already been installed at Vikas nagar and Dashmesh nagar and the remaining will be installed with one each  at Village chhoti karoran ,Ward no. 12 3 and at Dashmesh Nagar near post office, respectively. A pilot project of Water meter for each household amounting to Rs. 2.60 core is also under progress for which administrative approval has been received, said he.Further, for improving water pressure in the town, 5 Boosting stations with UGSR capacity of 2 lac liter are proposed for which cost estimates amounting Rs. 1.54 core have been sent to Local body department.Administrative approval for construction of High Level(HL) Bridge over river Patiala ki Rao at Village Naya Gaon to Singha Devi Temple has been received and tender will be done by the end of October 2020, informed Tewari and added that after administrative approval of Naya Gaon to Kane ka Bara to Tanda, Karoran Pinjore Road up to Haryana Border  the Survey for Alignment of road is being done.He was accompanied by Jagmohan Singh Kang Ex- Minister, Ravinder Pal Singh Pali and Kamaldeep Saini both Chairmans.
