Mega Block Devas held at Kulgam

A Mega Block Dewas was today held at 3 blocks Devsar, Kulgam and D .H .Pora of district Kulgam aimed to bring governance at door steps of the people and to mitigate the issues and grievances of people.The programme witnessed massive response of public from all blocks and officers and officials from all line departments listened issues, grievances and demands of people for on the spot redressal.Meanwhile to take first hand appraisal of public grievances and demands, the Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat along with SSP, Gurindar Paul singh today remained available at Block Kulgam and listened grievances and issues of people for redressal.On the occasion various certificates, sanction letters were also distributed. The programme was attended by officers and officials of line departments. A large number of people, besides members of PRI’s were present on the occasion.The DDC said that mega block devas will be conducted on every Wednesday on rotational basis.
