District administration Doda today organized a training session to update the officers associated with the Back to Village phase 3 programme (B2V3).The training session was chaired by the District Development Commissioner, Dr Sagar D Doifode.Speaking on the occasion, the DDC said that Back to Village program is not a scheme rather a mission to bridge the gap between the people and the Administration. He said the officers deployed for each Panchayat are the representatives of the Government for the implementation of the B2V-3.The DDC informed that the B2V-1 works have been completed in most of the Panchayats and remaining 15-20 works are at completion stage. He asked them to start one work from B2V-2 during their visit to the designated Panchayat.He also complimented the departments for showing proactive approach during the Jan Abhiyan program.The DDC said that around 12000 PMAY houses have been sanctioned, 100% saturation of KCC and Pension beneficiaries done, while about 7000 works under MGNREGA have been started across the District, which need to be highlighted during the B2V-3 program by the visiting officers. Earlier, Master Trainers informed the participants about  the objectives of Jan Abhiyaan, B2V3.The Master Trainers, Idrees Ahmed Lone Dy DEO Doda, Phulail Singh BDO Bhalla, Zubair Ahmad lone DSWO Doda, Manoj Kumar BDO Gundna imparted the training to the participants through Power Point presentation. The officers were asked to hold Ward Sabhas and Gram Sabhas, Mahila Sabhas, Bal Sabhas-the proceedings of which are to be recorded and signed.Later, DDC chaired a meeting of Revenue and RDD officers and directed them to ensure collective efforts for the grand success of the B2V3 program in the district.The training session was attended by ACD Doda, PO ICDS, District Officers, besides all the officers related with B2V3.
