Team Extream Power lifting association, Golden muscle nutrition & Muscle Mechie gym in collaboration with department of Youth Service & Sports organises first power lifting Competition in Pulwama in which large number of participants from almost every tehsil of Pulwama takes part.The main motto of this event was to promote sports culture,motivate the youth towards physical fitness ,gymnastic & flatten the curve of drug abuse. This event was organised by Basit Hamid, Prince ikhlaq, Syed Murtaza, Umar Maqbool. large number of power lifters through out the District participated in this competition “it’s my first time to take part in such a competition. I’m very excited and happy” said One Of the participant haroon.Muscle Mechie gym will always support & organise such kind of events which promote awareness related to fitness by which we can prevent from many diseases & it’s a good platform for fitness freaks to show case their talent in such competitions. It’s a limitation you put on your mind.I’m 48 seems like young fit,sound & never give up gym in my life. it was a great platform for the gym freaks to showcase their talent and was a long pending demand of fitness freaks to have such competitions, fulfilled today”. 1.59-69Kg In which
Burhan from lassipora badges the first position. Followed by haroon Rashid 2nd &
Munan Hassan 3rd.
2. 69-80 kg
Mauzam khursheed top the grade followed by
Reyaz Ahmad 2nd
& Momin Shabir 3rd.
3. 80 & above In which Muddasir wali outshines by uplifting the weight of 225kg
Followed by Ferooz Ah with 220kg
& Danish Nazir makes it possible to secured third position.
