DLC approves subsidy cases of Samba district

Director Industries & Commerce, Jammu, Anoo Malhotra today chaired Divisional Level Committee meeting of Samba District for sanctioning of subsidy cases under the State Package of Incentives.The agenda of the meeting for the Samba District was presented by Sansar Chand, General Manager, DIC Samba [Member Secretary] for the approval of 100% DG Set Subsidy case.Thereafter, the agenda was discussed threadbare by the committee members comprising of Ved Parkash, Joint Director (Dev), Dr. Tabassum, Chief Accounts Officer and Manisha Gupta (Dy. Director) P&S of Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Jammu.The meeting was also attended by the Shahzada Noor Ul Ain, Functional Manager of Directorate of Industries & Commerce and Varun Bhasin, Functional Manager, DIC, Samba.In a separate District Level Committee meeting held at Udyog Bhawan, Jammu, the cases pertaining to 100% D.G Set Subsidy cases and 3% Interest subsidy case of District Samba were also approved.Both the committees approved Four No. of cases pertaining to D.G Set Subsidy and Interest Subsidy amounting to Rs. 14.94 Lacs of Samba District.The Chairperson DLC stressed upon clearing all pending cases under the State Package of Incentives and directed for conducting the DLC meetings on regular intervals to clear the pendencies at DIC level. Further She enjoined upon the General Managers of DIC’s to boost the manufacturing and servicing sector and provide Relief to the Units by providing the benefits of various Subsidies  during this time of COVID-19 Pandemic.
