Kamaljit Kaur Multani today assumed the charge of Director of the Board of Directors of Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation (Backfinco). She took the reins of this assignment at the presence of Harjinder Singh Thekedar, Former MLA and Chairman Backfinco, Davinder Singh, Executive Director Backfinco, Mohammad Gulab, Vice Chairman Backfinco and Swaranjit Kaur, Director Backfinco. Family members, relatives and family members of newly appointed director were also present on the occasion.On the occasion Mrs. Kamaljit Kaur Multani expressed gratitude towards Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh for assigning this responsibility and said that she will fulfill her duty under the able leadership of Social Justice, Empowerment and Minorities Minister Mr. Sadhu Singh Dharamsot and able guidance of Chairman Backfinco.It is pertinent to mention that Mrs. Multani belongs to Jalandhar district. She has been actively participated in the field of social service since long time and has been active in bringing the economically weaker sections of the society into the mainstream.
