On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Tej Partap Singh Phoolka on Sunday reached civil hospital Barnala and donated blood at blood bank. Along with Deputy Commissioner, Civil Surgeon Barnala Dr. Gurinderbir Singh also donated blood.After donating blood Deputy Commissioner urged youth to donate blood and serve mankind. Healthy persons must come forward to donate blood, he added. Meanwhile Civil Surgeon Barnala also urged the youngsters to come forward to donate blood regularly after three months. On the occasion SMO Dr. Tapinderjot and Secretary, District Red Cross Society Sarwan Singh were also present.
