Governor Bandaru Dattatraya celebrated his 73rd birthday at Raj Bhavan, today.President of India Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted him on phone and wished him a long and healthy life. Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur along with his wife Dr Sadhna Thakur greeted him at Raj Bhavan. They wished him good health and long life and said that the State Government will continue to receive his guidance.Union Ministers and Governors of various states also greeted him. Earlier, the Governor performed Yajna on his birthday.Education Minister Suresh Bhardwaj, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Virender Kanwar and Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Dr Rajiv Saizal, MLAs and Chairmen of various Boards and Corporation also called on the Governor at Raj Bhawan and greeted him.Chief Secretary Anil Khachi, Director General of Police Sanjay Kundu, GoC-In-C ARTRAC Lt. General Raj Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary R.D. Dhiman, Advisor to the Chief Minister Dr. R. N. Batta, Principal Secretary to CM J.C. Sharma, Director Information and Public Relations Harbans Singh Brascon and other senior officers of the State Government including other prominent people joined the birthday celebration at Raj Bhavan in the morning.
