Union Minister of State for Rural Development, Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti today reviewed development scenario of Reasi district, here at a meeting of heads of line departments.At the outset, Deputy Commissioner, Indu Kanwal Chib presented a PowerPoint presentation, highlighting the ongoing projects and areas and activities that need extra attention. Detailed information was presented about various under execution developmental projects in the district.The Minister expressed satisfaction over performance of various departments. She also noted areas that need special attention and assured taking up the issues with the Centre.Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, PM Ayush Yojana and other key schemes of the government were also discussed in the meeting.Discussion was also held on developing the district as a hub of religious and adventure tourism.The meeting was also attended SSP, Rashmi Wazir, ACD Anirudh Rai and other district level heads of various departments.
