Manish Gulati, Chairperson, Punjab State Women Commission today called on Narinder Modi, Prime Minister of India. During the meeting she flagged of various crucial issues  pertaining to the rights of the women in the state.Disclosing this official spokesperson of the Commission said that Mrs. Gulati especially highlighted the plight of deserted brides  of NRI husbands. She urged the PM to chalk out special policy to nab such fraudster NRIs bridegrooms, who are playing with the lives of innocent girls of the state.Mrs. Gulati also requested the PM to constitute Censor Boards for songs in each state to check the release of such vulgar songs meant to disrespect the womanhood.  She also  demanded to induct one member of the women commission in such Censor Board. She said that during the meeting PM Modi also inquired about the issue pertaining to the  rapper Honey Singh.She said that PM Modi assured to consider all the demands put forth by her.
