Former legislator and senior PDP leader Nizamuddin Bhat has said that failure of Government in providing adequate power supply to consumers of Kashmir shows their disregard for public and insensitivity towards their woes arising out of virtual breakdown of essential services network.Bhat said, there is a growing feeling that PDD is deliberately crippled to traumatise masses in general and students and entrepreneurs in particular. He said there is a subtle operation going on at various levels to make people of Kashmir economically bankrupt, socially hollow and politically dependent.Bhat said power woes tell a horrible tale which coincides tinkering with all laws that would protect people's identity and ensure sustenance on their own.He said that Kashmir has never witnessed such a grave power crisis under any dispensation as is witnessed now. "People's patience is tested with an ulterior design."He appealed like-minded political parties to rise to the occasion and come out united against the conspiracies of far-reaching consequence
