Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul holds a vital meeting in Srinagar on Friday said people in Kashmir have embraced the party, because of its clear goal of development, prosperity of common people and good governance. Kaul said it is very unfortunate that the state is losing 6.5 thousand crores yearly and thus people is suffering in interior developments like inter link roads, Lane's drains, park's, marriage halls, lights,water, electricity ,beatification of areas and all civic amenities in every district of state.While addressing Senior leaders Sh. Ashok kaul said Panchayati ULB elections are the grass root level of democracy in the country and people should realize the importance of these elections. The workers were asked to party activities and organize door to door campaign to garner party support.“To meet the challenge every worker must know his area intimately, must have personal rapport with every voter.During the meeting State General Secretary & Incharge Kashmir Affairs (MLA) Sunil Sharma said that it is the hardwork of the senior BJP leaders that today people of the state have an acceptance for BJP in the valley and want our party to come up with majority for peace and development and show negative approach towards others political parties that shows the hardwork being done by our leaders and is a moment of pride for the BJP. 

State Vice President & Co-Incharge kashmir affairs (MLC) Sofi Yousif said that  The urban local body election ensures developed and prosperous Jammu and Kashmir, help to bring peace and normalcy in the State”.During the meeting ULB Incharge kashmir Sh. Molvi Tariq said ” BJP has no divisions nor dynasty rule BJP is a party which is working for the upliftment of all the people irrespective of their religion, cast, creed, as the party’s sole agenda is development and betterment of people of all the segment. Prime Minister has adopted the slogan of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas” in true sense and the same is visible on ground,” We see a good representation in the Municipal elections and for that we have to work hard to ensure our representation in Kashmir division also,” he also mention.Senior party leaders belonging to distant parts of  North,South Kashmir including district presidents, constituency presidents, and other senior leaders also participated in the meeting and aware the party about the measures which are necessary for the success.
