In a leap forward towards fulfilling ‘Ghar Ghar Rozgar’ dream of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh, the Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar Varinder Kumar Sharma today announced to provide a one point solution to the job givers and jobseekers for opening new vistas of employment for the youth.Interacting with the captains of industry here at meeting hall of the District Administrative Complex, the Deputy Commissioner said that purpose was facilitate the youth for getting jobs and industry to get skilled and educated manpower as per their needs. He said that the district administration would develop mobile and web based solutions to facilitate industry to find good employees and youth in getting good jobs. Mr. Sharma said that it was need of the hour to fulfill the dream of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh to provide job to every youth of the state.The Deputy Commissioner said that this unique platform would provide full details of the unemployed youth registered with the administration besides showing the jobs opportunities available for them as per the requirements of the industrial units. He said that leading industrial houses would also be registered on this platform so as to enable the youth to choose job as per their need. 

Likewise, Mr. Sharma that platform would also help in providing a pool of skilled and educated manpower to the industrialists so that they could offer and provide jobs to them as per their requirements.The Deputy Commissioner described it as a step forward towards utilizing the hi-end technology for facilitating the youth to get jobs under ‘Ghar Ghar Rozgar’ mission. Mr. Sharma said that the administration would ensure that the dream of Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh to provide job to every youth under the ‘Ghar Ghar Rozgar ‘ mission was fulfilled at the earliest. He said that the platform would house the details of entrepreneurs registered with district administration with key information like the number of vacancies in their company, packages offered by them along with the eligibility criteria for the students adding that it was a win-win situation for both the students and entrepreneurs, as the students would get good jobs through the platform whereas the entrepreneurs would get skilled labor for their industrial units.Meanwhile, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Mr. Jitendra Jorwal said that platform to be launched by administration would provide a complete list of employment seekers and employment providers. He said that the platform would also guide the students about the various career opportunities before them thereby immensely benefitting them to shape their career.Prominent amongst others present on the occasion included District Employment Officer Ms. Ranjit Kaur, General Manager Industries Mr. Amarjeet Singh, Industrialists Mr. Charanjit Singh Maingi, Mr. AK Goswami, Mr. Tarush Jain and others.
