The Bharatiya Janata Party’s Mandal No 14 opened an election office in Burail which was inaugurated by the former union minister, Harmohan Dhawan. On this occasion, Ramesh Sharma Nikku, Baljinder Gujral, N C Goyal, Saurabh Bindal, Baldev Rana, Brij Mohan, Satprakash, Monika Bansal, Arvind Pal Singh, Chaudhary Gulab Singh, Sonu Shah were present.While addressing the gathering, Harmohan Dhawan said, “Our party is getting an overwhelming response from the residents of Chandigarh and it indicates that the BJP is set to win from here. Every party worker is effectively carrying out the campaigning in the support of MP candidate, Kirron Kher. The Congress rule will see an end this time and BJP will register the victory with the thumping margins”.
