Minister of State for Finance Ajay Nanda today informed the House that the government has engaged a brokerage firm, M/S Trinity Re-insurance Pvt Ltd, to design Health Insurance Policy product for government employees, employees of Autonomous bodies, PSUs, local bodies, Universities and pensioners.Replying to a question of Firdous Ahmad Tak, the Minister informed that a Committee of officers has been setup to study the policy product designed by the said firm. The Committee would finalize the policy product keeping in view the medical requirements of the intended beneficiaries, he added.Legislators Yasir Reshi, Khursheed Alam and Girdhari Lal Raina raised supplementary questions related to the main question.
