Minister of State for Health & Medical Education and Urban Development, and Social Welfare, Asiea Naqash today held a meeting to review various ongoing developmental works in Hazratbal constituency.Director Heath Services, Dr Saleem-ur-Rehman, Director Tourism, Mahmood Shah, Director NHM, Dr Mohan Singh and officials from R&BM PDD, LAWDA, Flood Control & Irrigation, and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.Seeking status of ongoing work, the Minister directed the concerned to expedite the ongoing works so that all the undertaken developmental projects are completed within stipulated time frame.Naqash urged the PDD officials to complete the work of illumination in the interiors of Hazratbal constituency by installing the street lights. 

The Minister also directed the officials to ensure the installation and repair work of all the transformers is completed at an earliest so that people during winter days do not face any difficulty.She asked the R&B department to complete the Tailbal Bridge to improve the connectivity in the area. Besides, the Minister also impressed to start work on Hazratbal-Buchpora road so that it gets completed before onset of winters.Naqash impressed upon the officials of Flood Control and Irrigation for early completion of desiltation work in the Padshahi Kol and Tailbal Nallah.  She urged the town planners to acquire space for the construction of Community Hall in Rainawari.Director Tourism was asked to beautify the Nigeen club for making it more appealing to the public. She also suggested for creation of cycle tracks on the NFR road.
