District Instution Of Educational Training (DIET) Which is said to be the important wing of educational department. Basic Facilities like Electricity ,Drinking Water and most importantly Advanced Classrooms for Teachers who are bwing taught in DIET. Buhipora Are of north kashmirs district kupwara wherein DIET Kupwara is located, The Construction of the building was done just 2 years back,Is a newly constructed building . But the Building has been lest as a Simple building and nothing else. As electricity much important for any closed room to make things visible and get a clear image. Every year Government Teachers are being trained (DED) there to teach the students of their respictive instutions with the best and new techniques of teaching but still black board and marker system exsists in DIET Kupwara which gives them very tough time. Irony is that the Ectricity boards have been fixed on walls but not a single wire or switch exsists and marks have been engraved to to showoff but not a single spark of electricity passes though. As hundreds of Trainees join the DIET Every year male and female as well still though the water facility isn't available in the DIET Kupwara, Neither for Washrooms nor for drinking. Sources told that, DIET Kupwara is functioning without a Principal From past 4 Months. Classrooms in DIET Kupwara aren't in proper way and haven't been maintained properly, honeybees have made their exsistance in the classrooms. Repeatedly Trainees have been complaining regarding the unavailability of basic facilities. Some of The Trainees also Told that we want higher authorities to get involved into it and sort out all the basic unavilabilities in DIET Kupwara.
