State President of Aam Aadmi Party Bhagwant mann lashing out at  Congress and SAD-BJP held them responsible for  completely ruining the state through their corruption and mismanagement during last 25 years.Addressing a largely attended political conference at historic Chhappaar  Mela here today, Mr. Mann alleged that these parties always had been making false  promises with the people in the elections and never bothered to redress the basic problems of people after winning elections.Making scathing attack on Capt Amarinder Singh, Mr. Mann said that he had  the farmers and farm labourers by back tracking from his promise of complete waiver of their debts, as a result there was a spurt in  farmers' suicides in state. He added that more than 200 farmers had   committed suicides during the five months rule of Congress Govt in Punjab. AAP President  expressed his serious concern over issuing of notices to the defaulting farmers  and displaying of their  photos at banks and  termed it as insult to the injuries of farming community of Punjab , who made the country self sufficient in food grains. He also charged the Congress Party in failing to implement  any of the promises including  enhancement of old age  pensions to Rs. 2500 per month,  jobs to unemployed  youth, complete eradication of corruption, drugs and various kind of  Mafias were also not given any attention  and now  people were fully disillusioned. 

He further added that now the farmers were also facing the blunt of furious insecticides and low quality seeds, which  compelled them to plough their cotton fields and the  Govt. was only providing lip service,  as the previous Badal Govt. had been taking. He called upon the party leaders to educate the party cadres and general public  about the failures of Govt. He asserted that AAP will strongly fight for the issues of people and  next time will definitely form Govt in Punjab, as  the support of people was still with it.Speaking on the occasion Harvinder Singh Phoolka extended thanks to people and assured that party will fore the govt to fulfill promises.Addressing conference Lok Insaaf Party Pattern and MLA Balwinder Bains   lambasted  Congress and SAD- BJP for looting the mutual resources part5icularly water and demanded the  implementation of Vidhan Sabha resolution for recovering loyalty of water amounting to aRs.16 lakh crores from Rajasthan and other states.Prominent among others who addressed  the conference included Leader of Opposition Sarvjit Kaur, State Secretary Gulshan Chhabra, Chairman of Kisaan Sangarsh Samiti Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Prof. Baljinder Kaur,  Meet Hayer,  , Amarjit Singh Sandhoa,  (all MLAs), Harjot Singh Bains, Gurdit Singh Sekhon, Ahbab Singh Grewal, Daljit Singh Bhola Grewal, Jaswant Singh Gajjanmajraand  Jiwan Singh Sangowal.
