Accusing West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee of being oblivious of the principals of governance, Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Friday exuded confidence that the BJP will form the next government in the state."The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will form government in Bengal. I am 200 per cent sure about it," Das asserted at the inauguration programme of MODIFEST in West Bengal's Durgapur.Stating that the entire state was "submerged in chaos", Das said Banerjee was least bothered about the grinding poverty and unemployment in the state."The Chief Minister is bothered neither about principles of governance nor about the unemployment and poverty that looms large on the state. The entire state is submerged in chaos," he alleged.Taking part in the same programme in North 24 Pargana district's Naihati rail ground, party spokesperson and Uttar Pradesh Health Minister Siddharth Nath Singh blamed the Mamata regime for the riots in the state and said the state's ruling party would be in a bad shape in the next assembly elections.

"All the riots in Bengal took place during the governance of Mamata Banerjee. Mamata and her party TMC will be in a bad shape during the elections of 2019 (Lok Sabha) and 2021 (state assembly)," Singh claimed."I feel sorry that my slogan "Bhag Mamata Bhag" (Mamata go away) will be delayed by five years. But it will come true for sure," he said.Ahead of the 2016 assembly polls, in meeting after meeting, Singh had raised the slogan "Bhag Mamata bhag", but the BJP came up with a poor show in the polls, while Banerjee's Trinamool returned to power with over two-thirds majority.Referring to Banerjee scolding her party MLAs in front of everyone during the district administrative meetings, Singh said the Trinamool Congress supremo should expel her party leaders seen taking money in the Narada sting operation video footage.

"You can scold your MLAs whenever you want but please do one thing, expel your ministers, MPs, party leaders and the police officers who are involved in the Narada sting operation case from your party and state administration. People of the state would automatically trust in your clean image," he added.Several top BJP leaders, including central ministers, will camp in Bengal in phases over the next 15 days and speak about the achievements of the Narendra Modi government which has completed three years in office. An official release said the festival, being organised by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, has been inaugurated at six locations in the state. There are 10-20 stalls on an average in each fest, a Press Information Bureau release said. The fest, the first of its kind in the state, will be held at 12 more locations up to June 18.
