H.S. Phoolka along with MLAs Aman Arora, Pirmal Singh Dhaula, Kulwant Singh Pandori, Jagtar Singh Hissowal and Amarjit Singh Sandhoa said that nothing has changed with the change of guard in state and Congress leaders are behaving worse than Akalis.
