The person behind Amitabh Bachchan’s fit and strong personality - fitness trainer Vrinda Mehta will be seen in for &TV’s upcoming reality show India’s Asli Champion…Hai Dum! Along with Shivoham Vrinda takes care of the Shivfit Mind Program. Through the vibrations process she explains the power of mind and teaches how to create and manifest every aspect of life that includes body, health, finances, relationships etc. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 2 decades, Vrinda has not only trained Big B for 11 years but also a host of other Bollywood stars like Karan Johar, Madhuri Dixit, Sridevi, Abhishek Bachchan, Farah Khan, Tabu and Twinkle Khanna amongst others.India’s Asli Champions…Hai Dum is the ultimate test of physical and mental endurance where contestants from different walks of life will compete to win the glorious title. It will test the contestants’ will power to go that extra mile when their physical strength gives up.
Hence, to reach the goal contestants are required to channel their energies to strengthen themselves mentally for which Vrinda will help them.
