Most ATMs in Delhi and its adjoining areas are again cashless, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said on Monday, blaming the Modi government for the situation.Deomentisation woes have come back to haunt people after the first phase of the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls despite Prime Minister Narendra Modi's assurance that the situation was back to normal, the AAP said. The Aam Aadmi Party's Delhi convenor, Dilip Pandey, alleged that ATMs in the National Capital Region and western Uttar Pradesh were "strategically filled with cash" only till people voted on Saturday in the state."Over the last few days, cash crunch has again become visible and hardships of the people are back. Most ATMs are again dry suddenly after the first phase of UP polls," he said. The AAP will hold street protests across the nation from February 17 against demonetisation which the party has branded the "biggest scam since independence".February 17 marks 100 days of the demonetisation announcement. The AAP asked Modi to declare the amount of black money recovered since 500 and 1,000 rupee notes were axed on November 8."Due to demonetisation, lakhs of people lost their jobs, over a hundred lost their lives. Now people have only one question in their minds: How much black money was recovered?"
