Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today directly blamed SAD president and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal for Maur bomb blast and series of sacrilege incidents and demanded his immediate arrest for peaceful elections.Sanjay Singh national general secretary of AAP and in charge of Punjab in a press conference said that AAP has given a complaint against Sukhbir Badal to the Election Commission, seeking his arrest and interrogation. He said that they had no doubt that frustrated SAD and Congress were behind incidents of violence and they can commit any heinous crime to disturb the election process.Sanjay Singh said that Virsa Singh Valtoha had on record in Vidhan Sabha said, “He was terrorist, he is terrorists and he will remain a terrorist”. Former terrorists like Valtoha who were sheltered by SAD could do any mischief, he added. He further said that Capt Amarinder Singh speaks the same language which Sukhbir speaks and both of them are hand in glove to create atmosphere of horror in the state.
He said that media and administration had last night gave the news that three persons had died due to cylinder blast in Maur, He said that he talked to DGP and requested him to properly investigate the matter. He said that suddenly Capt Amarinder Singh made a statement to arrest AAP leaders and Sukhbbir Badal too blamed AAP for the incident. He said that Sukhbir Badal was mentally bankrupt and well known for playing cheap politics.AAP leader questioned Sukhbir Badal for series of sacrilege incidents and implicating innocent persons. He said that Sukhbir Badal was also behind political and high profile murders of Mata Chand Kaur, RSS leader Jagdish Gagneja, other Hindu leaders, murderous attack on Baba Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwala in which one of his aide was killed and the Nabha jail break. He asked Sukhbir he was the Home Minister and why he couldn’t arrest even single accused in these cases.He said that Sukhbir and Bikram Majithia were shielding criminals and bent to disturb peace of Punjab.He said that AAP government would investigate all cases and punish Sukhbir Badal for the mischief he is playing to defame AAP leaders. After the Media interaction, a delegation led by Sanjay Singh met Punjab Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) V.K. Singh seeking his immediate intervention for immediate arrest of Sukhbir Singh Badal, who the party suspected could plot any heinous crime in Punjab for political gains.
