Former MP & President of Trinamool Congress (Pb) Jagmeet Singh Brar inaugurated the TMC district office in Patiala and led an impressive roadshow across the city along with his supporters displaying cutouts of TMC National President & West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and the party's symbol.Brar announced "After our state head office was inaugurated in Chandigarh by our All India Vice President Sh Mukul Roy we had announced opening of District Offices and Patiala is our first launch point".He also added "I am very encouraged by the response to our roadshow and our resolve to give Punjab a viable honest political alternative is getting a great deal of support among workers as well as disillusioned Congress and Akali volunteers who see TMC as a clean national option"He said offices will be established in every district within the coming days and a list of office bearers will be announced soon. A statewide campaign will be also be launched to enroll volunteers and make the party's electoral symbol better known among voters. When asked about his equation with AAP Brar candidly remarked "My Lok Hit Abhiyan unconditionally supported AAP and stood with them in their time of crisis - we still stand with them on every issue to save Punjab from Rajwadashahi & Parivaarwaad - we want to give Punjab a good government with them as partners but you cannot clap with one hand now they must also show the same commitment for Punjab"Senior leaders Vijay sathi, Sant Singh Ghagga, Amarjeet Singh Rajeanna, Baljit Singh, and other were also present on the occasion.
