All Party Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC) has in a statement announced its decision to stay away from engagement with the All Party Delegation headed by Home Minister Rajnath Singh visiting Kashmir on tomorrow.APSCC chairman Jagmohan Singh Raina told KNS, “Home Minister himself has visited twice Kashmir and promised ban on pellet guns but he has failed to keep his promise and forces are using pellet guns randomly” he said the All Party Delegation is not coming to Kashmir with a clear cut mandate for a decisive dialogue on Kashmir stating that such delegations have come many a times in the past but they only talk to people installed by Delhi itself for furthering its political agenda, he also said “so far all Chief Ministers from G M Shah to Mehbooba Mufti were installed directly from Delhi and by doing so the central government is imposing people of its will over the people of the State”. Calling for a dialogue with Hurriyat he said “Unless and until all concerned including Hurriyat and others, representatives of Jammu and Ladakh are not involved in the dialogue process the present stalemate can’t end.
