Democratic Political Movement Friday organized a peaceful protest that started from Chinkral Mohalla Habbakadal and culminated peacefully at Fathekadal. The pro-freedom protest according to party spokesperson was led by party district president Srinagar Muhammad Imran, Zonal president Javid Ahmed Sofi, Abid Beigh and Faisal Nabi.In Pulwama the protest organized by the party was led by its district president Molvi Ghulam Nabi.Meanwhile the party has condemned the police raid on Faisal Nabi at Fathekadal and had said that such tactics can’t break the resolve of the people. The party spokesperson said that India is using its media to malign the ongoing freedom struggle of Kashmir. He appealed international community to send a human rights team to assess the rights violations in Kashmir.
