Taking serious note of the forged posters appeared in the various areas of Mohali, Aam Aadmi Party today complained about it in written to the SSP Mohali G.S. Bhullar. The posters pasted on the public places on the night of May 19, shows AAP leader and Delhi Chief Minster in bad light and responsible for demolishing PIau sahib at Gurdwara Sisganj Sahib in Delhi.Speaking to the media after meeting SP (D) G.S. Grewal, spokesperson and Head Legal Cell, Himmat Singh Shergill said that the posters depicts false facts and have been posted under a deep rooted political conspiracy. He demanded a thorough investigation in the case as the conspiracy can hurt the religious harmony of the state. Shergill said that the certain political outfits are afraid of the overwhelming response give by Punjabis to Aam Aadmi Party.
Shergill said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has nothing to do with the piau issue. The fact in the case is that the demolition was carried out by Bhartiya Janta Party lead North Delhi Municipal Corporation. He also showed the documents NDMC requesting Deputy Commissioner of Police, North District, Civil Lines Delhi for providing adequate police force for removal of encroachment of Piau and religious structures in the right of way of Chandni Chownk area.Shergill demanded to register an F.I.R in the case and to catch the culprits responsible for the criminal act of pasting posters depicting false facts under a deep rooted political conspiracy. He said that the police should be more vigil to stop the activates that can affect the harmony in the state.
