PIB creates web page on government's success stories

The government's communication arm, Press Information Bureau, (PIB), on Thursday launched a special web page for one-stop information on the 'achievements' of the Modi government in the last two years.The webpage 'pib.nic.in/nda2' includes interviews with union ministers, important cabinet decisions, ministry- and sector-wise 'success stories' and information on the National Democratic Alliance government's achievements since May 2014."These success stories have been collected from 42 field offices of the PIB across the country," a government statement said.The PIB will also tweet short audio and video clips of beneficiaries of various schemes on Twitter under the hashtag 'TransformingIndia'."The PIB collected a number of success stories across the country on various flagship programmes, innovative projects and schemes of the government, which have been made available on the web page," a government statement said here.
