Universal Group of Institutions organized a Symposium on Emerging Paradigms in Guidance and Counselling. As many as 65 Counsellors from Punjab School of Education Board participated in this career oriented seminar. Shruti Shukla, Deputy Director, SCERT was the guest of Honour at the moment.While speaking at the moment Deputy Director SCERT Shruti Shukla said that nowadays we have to motivate the students to take the right path in deciding their Career . HPS Harry, District Manager, Punjab School Education Board,Darshan Singh, Superintendent, Punjab School Education Board, were also present on the occasion. Darshan Singh focused on the attitude and the mindset of the students.
Dr. Gurpreet Singh Chairman Universal Group of Institutions welcomed all the dignitaries and said that this is an important platform where we can discuss about the various concepts in regards to counselling and guidance of students related to career. He also focussed more on the Aptitude and will of the students. He further added that student must choose the career first instead of subject. If the students set their own goals in life in regards to career then it will be quite easy for them to decide about the education and to be successful in life.
