Annual Function celebrated at Laurence Public School with Vibrant and throbbing music, bright and colorful costumes. As many as 2000 students attended the function. Chief guests Brig D.S.Dhillon ( retd) was chief guest at the moment and Daman Duggal was Guest of Honor. Multicultural and ethnic Indian diversity were the highlights which was celebrated with gusto, panache and colorful pageantry in the school premises .Among the other attractions were the Ramayana and Panchtantra epics, dances, rituals, Cuisines of various states including the seven sisters, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala and West Bengal.
Bhangara and Ghidda was eye catching whereas Ganpati Puja ,Visarjan and Maharashtrian weddings enactment enthralled the parents. The Halloween performances also gave the weak hearted, anxious moments. Later, Nukkad Natika on Swaacth Bharat Mission was staged by the students .Kavi Sammelan, Fusion dance, Yoga, and other programmes touched on current and burning topics and the energy levels in these performances was witnessed. Pottery, Thai Kondo, shooting and other variety programmes added to the vibrant show.The staff and students were given Kudos by the Principal of the school Veena Malhotra for cultural ethos spiked with modern thinking for an India of our dreams which was beautifully were inculcated by the students .
